How We'll Work Together to Create Your Gallery
From our first conversation to the final delivery, I’ll guide you through every step with care and intention. We'll collaborate to bring your vision to life, blending your needs, style, and emotion into captured memories. Together, we’ll craft a gallery that feels personal, meaningful, and uniquely you.
1. Discuss the Details
Once I receive your Contact Form, I’ll send you an email to get the conversation started. From there, we'll plan a quick call so I can provide more details about my photography style and how your session will flow. You’ll have the chance to tell me what you're envisioning for your photos, whether it's a specific mood, location, or story you want to tell. We'll also make sure I’m the right photographer for you. Then we’ll move into planning the fun stuff: picking a date, choosing the perfect location, and chatting through styling ideas to bring your vision to life.

2. Reserve the date & 50% Deposit
After we connect, I’ll send over a formal booking proposal that includes all the session details, your contract, and invoice. To officially reserve your date, a retainer is required. Once that’s taken care of, your spot is locked in! If the retainer isn’t paid within 24 hours, I’ll need to reopen the date to other inquiries.

3. Picture Time!
The day before your session, I’ll send you a text with everything you need to know, so you’ll feel fully prepared and stress-free. If the weather’s looking iffy, I’ll keep a close eye on it and make a final decision about a few hours before your session. Missouri weather can be unpredictable, but some of my favorite and most dramatic portraits have come right after a storm! Rescheduling is always a last resort—we’ll do everything we can to make your session happen beautifully and safely.

4. Final Payment
Once your session wraps up, the remaining balance will be due. I kindly ask that the final payment be completed at that time to keep everything seamless and stress-free. If you have any questions about payment methods or need a quick reminder of the total, I’m always happy to help.
5. Get Excited While I Edit
Gallery turnaround time is typically 2 weeks, depending on my current workload. Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a private online link where you can view, download, and share your images. I usually send this via message, but occasionally I’ll email it, whichever method works best for you!
6. Download & Print your Images!
You’ll be able to download your favorite high-resolution portraits or the full collection directly from your private gallery. If you’d like to order professional prints or other products, just let me know. I’m happy to guide you through the best options to make sure your photos look amazing. My goal is to make this process easy and enjoyable for you every step of the way.
